Systems in the Babylon ecosystem encompass a range of services that require distinct distributed validation mechanisms for verification. These systems include, but are not limited to, sidechains, data availability layers, new virtual machines, keeper networks, oracle networks, bridges, threshold cryptography schemes, and trusted execution environments.

Systems are instrumental in expanding the Babylon platform's functionality and security, permitting Babylon Finality Providers to stake BTC, accept asset delegations, and operate specialized software.
