# How to stake BTC via Babypie

Babypie is a top-tier SubDAO created by Magpie that focuses on liquid staking for Bitcoin and the BTCfi ecosystem. As a liquid staking platform for Bitcoin, Babypie enables users and institutions to deposit BTC to mint mBTC — a 1:1 BTC-pegged ERC-20 token. While mBTC does not currently generate yield, it offers full liquidity and can be used across various DeFi protocols. By holding mBTC, users accumulate Babypie Jewels — securing access to the upcoming BBP airdrop and IDO allocation.

## To participate in Babypie's BTC Treasure Quest, users need to register their wallets on Babypie using one of the following:

* Bitcoin Electrum wallet + an Ethereum Wallet
